• After full payment, you receive a limited license to use the agreed deliverables for your business; you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship beyond the agreed scope.​

Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and access (such as ad accounts, websites, CRM, etc.) needed to perform the services.

• You represent that any content, logos, or materials you supply do not infringe third‑party rights and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.​

Third‑party platforms and tools

• Our services may involve using third‑party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, email tools, CRMs). Their terms, policies, and pricing are controlled by those third parties and may change without notice.

• We are not responsible for downtime, account suspensions, policy changes, or issues caused by those third‑party platforms.​

Refunds and cancellations
