Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

7x Marketing provides digital marketing, advertising, consulting, and web development services. These are expert, time‑based services and not physical products, so work already delivered or time already spent cannot be “returned”. Accordingly, all payments are generally non‑refundable, except in the limited situations described below.

2. Project‑based services (websites, funnels, setups)

  • A non‑refundable advance / booking fee is required to start any project.

  • Once strategy, creatives, or development work has begun, payments made for completed phases are non‑refundable.

  • If a project is mutually terminated before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to that date; any remaining unpaid milestones become due, and no previous payments will be refunded.

3. Monthly retainers & ad management

  • Monthly retainers and ad‑management fees (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) are billed in advance and are non‑refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • You may cancel future months by giving at least 30 days’ written notice; your services will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Digital products, templates, and training

  • Due to the nature of digital products (templates, checklists, recordings, courses), all sales are final and non‑refundable once access or download has been provided.

  • Any launch or limited‑time offer products are also non‑refundable.

5. Service quality concerns

Client satisfaction is important to 7x Marketing. If you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed scope:

  • You must notify us in writing with specific details within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will review and, where reasonable, offer revisions or corrections aligned with the original scope.

  • Refunds will be considered only if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope at all; in such rare cases, any refund will be limited to the portion of work not completed and is at our sole discretion.

6. No performance guarantees

Advertising and marketing results depend on many external factors (market conditions, competition, budgets, offers, sales processes). Therefore, no specific leads, sales, or ROI can be guaranteed, and lack of expected results is not a valid reason for a refund.

7. Chargebacks

You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any billing or service issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and possible legal action for recovery of fees and costs.

8. Policy updates

7x Marketing may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website and will apply to new purchases and renewals.
